Deposits
Before you can use the wallet you need to get funds into the wallet. You can do this in one of the following ways:

Debit or credit card top up.
You can now use your debit or credit card to top up your Wallet. Once you are registered and logged in, click on the "Top up my wallet now" link for more information.

EFT - Internet banking transfer to our bank account.
Use your cell number as reference. Normal Bank Charges may apply.

Cash deposit into our bank account.
Use your cell number as reference. Cash deposits can only be made at ABSA and FNB branches.

Note: Your Internet Banking Transfer will be channeled through the normal banking gateways. If you pay from FNB to FNB or from ABSA to ABSA your money should be in your wallet within 15 minutes. Network congestion can influence this. If you do an EFT from any other bank to the ABSA account above, the normal Internet banking rules will apply. Your Bank will be able to give you more info on how long an EFT will take to reach our account.
If your deposit is delayed please send your proof of payment to payments@pwallet.com. All queries will be handled by staff during office hours.
Payouts
Once the draw has been concluded, you will be notified via sms if your numbers were drawn and the amount you have won.
If the amount won is up to and includes R50,000 you will notified via sms and your WALLET will be created with your winnings.
You will have two options:
- Keep the funds in your WALLET to use for future purchasing of tickets.
- You will be able to move the funds to your bank account
If the amount won exceeds R50,000, you will be notified by Lidonga Technology and Telecoms via SMS or email who will handle this payment.
Please note: there is a flat bank charge of R7.78 charged on each withdrawal regardless of the amount.
Withdrawals
To make a withdrawal from your WALLET all you need to do is to dial *120*3777#, select Other Options, then Option 6.
For your first withdrawal, and only for your first withdrawal, you will be required to supply the following documentation:
- Copy of SA ID document.
- Bank statement (SA Bank Account one pager)
- Letter of request for payout and signature.
Once these documents have been received they will be kept on record and you will not need to resubmit for future withdrawals.
